What's On

There's something for everyone at Carshalton Environmental Fair. Lots of children's activities from facepainting to potter's wheel, to craft activities and more! Music and entertainment on three different stages to suit different tastes from rock to acoustic folk. Browse through over 150 stalls of craft and local produce! Speakers and info on environmental issues. Lots of tasty food, a bar and a cafe! Make a day of it!

Music and entertainment

There are three stages with a range of entertainment, from rock and pop on the Main Stage in the park’s natural open air amphitheatre, to folk and jazz in the Music Cafe where you can relax with a cup of tea and slice of homemade cake.  There’s also all sorts of entertainment in the Performing Arts Marquee.

Food and drink

The fair offers lots of tasty food

Plenty for vegans and the Farmers’ Market stalls will be selling a delicious range of fresh local produce from strawberry tarts to pickles and sauces.

There is a café and a bar. The bar features a range of real ales, as well as organic lager and other drinks.

The Craft Beer Man will be running a mobile bar to tempt the tastebuds!

Drink will include:

Westerham Brewery beers, British Bulldog 4.1% best bitter, Summer Perle 3.8% summer golden ale and Helles Belles 4% Helles style lager.

Bohemian Rhapsody 5.5% pilsner, a gluten free beer and Kentish Pip cider from Canterbury in Still and Sparkling

plus white Wine, spirits and soft drinks.

Stalls

There’s over 150 stalls including; a Farmers’ Market area, fair trade clothing, local craft and jewellery, lots of local community groups, a healing area with massage and other treatments, information about saving energy and money at home, food growing courses, nature conservation and all sorts of things you can do for the environment. All day – Energy Road Show

EcoLocal’s Energy Road Show is designed to give ideas for saving energy and money at home. It is interactive and includes fun activities and lots of physical displays and information. Find out about free loft insulation, how to insulate different types of walls, gadgets, renewable energy etc – near the Music Cafe
